Is the Flip-Flopped

OK here is why we are all certifiably crazy. Surprise

I just read this article about a new ‘innovative’ product that supposedly will give you a ‘great butt-toning workout’. It’s a supped-up flip-flop?

BUT… just 2 months ago, there was this article published on the harmful effects flip-flops can cause to your stride?

  3. Hmm.. Here is a link to a video that claims to give the ‘perfect butt’ by doing a few lunges that I havent seen before. I don’t know if my butt is able to be made perfect, but this for sure made them hurt! No flip-flops required 😉

    See if your bum has trouble sitting down like mine did!

  4. @ Anony I like the modifications to the lunge. I personally don’t do lunges these days, too many previous knee problems, but thanks for the share. I like the site. Might that be you?
